At KP Customs Boutique, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times and shipping expectations.
Processing & Shipping Times
• In-stock and ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase.
• Preorder items will be shipped within 3-4 business days of arrival from the wholesaler. Estimated turnaround times (TAT) for preorders are provided in the product listing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
• All orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Delivery times vary based on location and carrier service. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking & Lost Packages
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• KP Customs Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
